For over twenty years, my production companies have provided sound systems and stage crews, staging, lighting equipment and LD’s for numerous regional and national artists and countless festivals venues and events throughout California. I have numerous testimonials from happy clients.
Sound Mind Event Production is the third expression of my passion for offering a balance of professionalism, top notch equipment, and a positive attitude.
When, after 10+ years, the services I was providing outgrew the name “Smilin’ James Sound”, my DBA became “Trifecta Sound Stage and Lighting”. TSSL owned multiple stages and an extensive lighting inventory.
I have since downsized, and settled on the name “Sound Mind Event Production”, a nod to the fact that above all, the value I offer is rooted in my disposition, experience, and work ethic. I still have a unique high quality sound system (and lighting) for smaller concerts, and a network of providers for larger needs.
This name is new, but the intention remains the same.
